Photo Booth Terms of Use

About the booth

Leamington Marathi provides the Diwali Bhet 2026 Photo Booth as an optional, free community activity intended for users in the United Kingdom. These terms apply to the photo booth, not to event ticket purchases or other community services.

Your account and photos

Use your own ChatGPT account and comply with OpenAI’s applicable account eligibility rules, terms and usage policies. Upload only images you have permission to use and obtain permission from the people pictured. Do not use the booth to impersonate, harass or deceive anyone.

Availability and results

You need access to image generation in ChatGPT. Your account’s usage limits apply; we do not supply or transfer ChatGPT credits. Leamington Marathi charges no booth fee. Availability, processing time and image quality are not guaranteed. AI editing may alter faces, clothing, text or logos despite our instructions. Review your image before using or sharing it.

Your images and our branding

Using the booth does not give Leamington Marathi permission to publish your original photo or result. You may download and share your own portrait, subject to the rights of the people pictured and OpenAI’s applicable terms. The Leamington Marathi name and logo remain community branding; their appearance in a generated portrait does not imply an endorsement of other products or services.

Privacy and support

Photos are processed in ChatGPT, not by a photo-upload form on our website. Read our privacy information and OpenAI’s Terms of Use. For support, contact leamingtonmarathi@gmail.com.

These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update or withdraw this optional activity. Check this page for current terms.
